The Horizont belt sorter is designed for sorting heavy and fragile materials. The horizontal infeed allows to enhance the sorting quality of pulses and nuts. Maksim Savinkov, CEO of CSort, says that crisps, flakes, and other fragile materials do not get damaged during separation. He also underlines that the machine is made from stainless steel, providing the protection degree IP 65. The belt sorter copes easily with moist, dirty, sticky materials that require cleaning and flushing of the system. The machine performs well with wild herbs, mushrooms, berries, fruits (incl. dehydrated fruits), and vegetables.
The specialists of the company will showcase both machines in service sorting different bulk materials from impurities. Visitors of the show are welcome to bring 10 kilos of their sample for test sorting.
