Galvanized metal Stainless steel
Galvanized metal provides corrosion protection and increased life product at minimal costs. Manufacturing from stainless steel is also available.
Wide speed range for different materials
Specially designed shape of the elevator head provides gentle discharge of the product at the belt speed of 1.1 to 2.5 m/s, which allows avoiding product damage when handling.
Self-supporting structure
Thanks to rigid self-supporting structure and the thickness of the used sheet metal (1.5 and 3 mm), we can install bucket elevators up to 36 meters in height without intermediate support.
Automation and safety
Bucket elevators can be equipped with the monitoring devices: belt off-track switch, material level switch in the bucket elevator head and boot, speed control. Design of the elevator already comprises the room for these devices.
