Cleaning wheat from goatgrasses
on SmartSort B
Removing goatgrasses from winter wheat on SmartSort B. We got excellent results. Capacity — 2700 kg/h per chute. Raw material contamination level — 1.4%. Quality of accepted material — 99.85%. Percentage of a good product in a rejected one — 10%, at the same time the output of rejected material was very low.
There were other contaminants besides goatgrasses, like: barley, unhulled wheat. Our machine removed almost all of the contaminats.
Removing of the impurities that have the same size, length and thickness as wheat, including spoiled and damaged grains is possible only by color sorting machines.
